Where is my order shipping from? 

Your order is shipped from our office in Long Island, New York. We do not have a retail storefront.

How much does shipping cost?

We typically offer free USA shipping on orders over $200. Additional shipping options and prices are available at checkout. International shipping options are also available at checkout.

Do you offer package protection? 

We offer package protection with Redo, which protects against loss, theft or damage in transit. This offer can be added or removed in your cart before checkout. Cost varies based on the value of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The Lovery currently ships to The United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Europe & Australia.

Please note, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. If these charges apply, you as the buyer are responsible.

Do you collect sales tax? 

Yes, sales tax will be collected where applicable. You can see if we collect tax in your state upon submitting your shipping address at checkout.

How long does it take to get my order? 

We strive to ship out all in-stock items within 1 business day from when your order is placed, but please allow up to 3 business days for in-stock items to be shipped out.

Rings can take up to 2 weeks to be shipped out due to sizing.

Personalized items can take up to 8 weeks to be shipped out.

Delivery with UPS is between 1-6 business days in the USA based on your location.

You can see an estimated delivery date per item on the product page and in your cart!

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once we’ve sent out your order, we’ll email you the tracking number. You can also track your order by scrolling to the bottom of the website under "SUPPORT" and "Track My Order".

Will I need to sign for my package?

No, we do not require a signature at the time of delivery. If you would like to request this service for an additional fee, please start a chat in the bottom right corner of your screen.

My package is lost/missing. What should I do? 

We’re sorry you’re having issues with your order delivery. Let’s fix this together!

If you are experiencing a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by UPS but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, roommates, family members, or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered. Please check all entrances or possible locations the package could be left, including your mailbox.

If you still can not find your package, or it seems to be lost in transit, please start a chat in the bottom right corner of your screen. We look forward to assisting you.

Where are your products made?

Our products are sourced from around the globe, primarily manufactured in Italy, Turkey, Spain, and the USA.

All items are shipped from our office in New York.

What gemstones do you offer?

We offer Mother of Pearl, Pearl, Onyx, Turquoise, Lapis, Malachite, Coral, Pink Pearl, Amethyst, Garnet, Diamonds, Blue Topaz, Citrine, Peridot, Pink Coral, Lavender Jade, Jade, Tigers Eye, Aquamarine, Carnelian, & more!

All gemstones are natural!

Where can I see your jewelry in person?

The Lovery currently only sells online. We do not sell in stores at this time.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. While we do not offer a formal warranty, we stand by our craftsmanship and are happy to assist with any repairs.

How do I send someone a gift card? 

If you purchase an E-Gift Card, we can either email it to you, or email/text it directly to the gift recipient.

If you choose to have it sent to you, you can either print it out, or forward it to the gift recipient.

What type of financing is available?

We offer several financing options, including ShopPay installments, Afterpay, and Klarna. All options can be seen at checkout. 

Why won't my discount code apply?

Only one discount code is valid per item, but multiple codes can be applied per order!

If you are trying to apply multiple codes (such as promo code, loyalty code, gift cards), they can all be applied during checkout, not in the cart.

You will see a place to enter it on the same page you enter your shipping address and credit card information.

Do you offer gift messaging/packaging?

Yes! Please add your message to the "Notes" section in the cart/checkout and we will handwrite your note on The Lovery stationary. 

All orders are packaged in a jewelry box & gift box, and packing slips do not include any price information.
