Shipping & Handling

Handling:

All pieces are in-stock unless stated otherwise in the product description. Please allow up to 2 weeks for rings and personalized/initial pieces.

All orders are shipped from our office in New York. We strive to ship out all in-stock items within 1 business day from when your order is placed, but please allow up to 3 business days for in-stock items to be shipped out.

Shipping method selection does not expedite production time. Please email us at  hello@thelovery.com for expedited handling and we will do our best to accommodate.

Holidays and sales may delay the order fulfillment as we process higher order volumes.

Shipping:

The Lovery currently ships to The United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Europe & Australia via UPS.

We typically offer free USA shipping on orders over $200. Additional shipping options & prices are available at checkout.

If your location is not available above, please email us at hello@thelovery.com with your exact address for a shipping quote.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships (usually within 1 business day of placing your order). No signature is required for delivery.

If you've ordered multiple items in one order, we may ship the pieces separately if an item is not in stock. 

If you've placed multiple orders, we may batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested.

The Lovery can not ship to PO boxes.

We do not have control over any delays that may be caused by UPS and other shipping companies, including weather delays. 

Shipping Issues:

The Lovery now offers package protection with Redo. Redo protects against loss, theft, or damage in transit, and is a fast and efficient way to resolve carrier shipping issues. It can be added or removed in your cart before placing your order. The cost varies based on the value of your order.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by UPS but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, roommates, family members, or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered. Please check all entrances or possible locations the package could be left, including your mailbox.

If you still can not find your package, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thelovery.com to file a claim.
