To Receive A Refund

Initiate a return within 20 days of receiving your order to receive a refund to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. An insured UPS return label will be provided and the cost of the label will be subtracted from your refund, unless you purchased "Free Returns + Package Protection with Redo" at checkout.


To Receive Store Credit

Initiate a return within 20 days of receiving your order to receive a store credit.

No fees. No expiration. An insured UPS return label included.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damaged Items & Repairs

Quality is extremely important to us.

If your jewelry has a damage or defect, please email us immediately at hello@thelovery.com with specific details and a photo of the damage. 

If your product is damaged within 14 days of delivery and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product, the cost of the repair will be covered.

If your product is damaged after 14 days of delivery, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the repair and the shipping to our office. We do our absolute best to accommodate repairs or replacements at a low cost.

Repairs and replacements are usually completed and shipped back to you within 1-2 weeks.

Once again, if your jewelry has a damage or defect, please email us immediately at hello@thelovery.com with specific details and a photo of the damage so we can best accommodate.
