Return Policy

Standard Return Policy:

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it! You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or exchange.

Free Returns With Redo: 

Customers have the option to pay for Redo Free Returns when placing your order. This will later qualify you for free returns for eligible items on that order.

If you did not purchase Redo, you can still use our return portal below and purchase an insured UPS return label. There is a $10 restocking fee per order.

After initiation of the return request, you will have up to 20 days to ship the return or your return shipping label will be automatically cancelled.

Holiday Return Policy:

Orders placed between November 21, 2024 and December 30, 2024 can be returned for store credit or exchange only.

The extended return window, available until January 31, 2025 gives gift recipients extra time to decide if they love their gift or want to exchange it.

Items with a red “FINAL SALE” badge or items purchased using the promo code “FINAL60” or "FINAL50" are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
