Return & Exchange Policy
Standard Return Policy:
If you're not completely happy with a purchase, you can return or exchange it! You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or exchange.
Please note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 20 days of delivery.
Free Returns With Redo:
You have the option to pay for Redo Free Returns when placing your order. This will later qualify you for free returns for eligible items on that order.
If you did not purchase Redo, you can still use our return portal below and purchase an insured UPS return label. There is a $10 restocking fee per order.
After initiation of the return request, you will have up to 20 days to ship the return, or your return shipping label will be automatically cancelled.
Redo charges are not refunded upon returning your order.

Holiday Return Policy:
Due to the deep discounts of the holiday season, orders placed between November 20, 2025 - January 5, 2026, can be returned for store credit or exchange only - through January 31, 2026.
Items with a red “FINAL SALE” badge or items using a promo code with the word “FINAL” are not eligible for any return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
