Return Policy:

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it! You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or exchange.

Free Returns With Redo: 

•⁠  ⁠Customers have the option to pay for Redo Free Returns when placing your order. This will later qualify you for free returns for eligible items on that order.

•⁠  ⁠If you did not purchase Redo, you can still use our return portal below and purchase an insured UPS return label. There is a $10 restocking fee per order.

In the same condition that you received it

After initiation of the return request, you will have up to 20 days to complete the return or your return shipping label will be automatically cancelled.

The Lovery monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
