Damaged Items & Repairs

Quality is extremely important to us.

If your jewelry has a damage or defect, please email us immediately at hello@thelovery.com with specific details and a photo of the damage. 

If your product is damaged within 20 days of delivery and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product, the cost of the repair will be covered.

If your product is damaged after 20 days of delivery, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the repair and the shipping to our office. We do our absolute best to accommodate repairs or replacements at a low cost.

Repairs and replacements are usually completed and shipped back to you within 1-2 weeks.

Once again, if your jewelry has a damage or defect, please email us immediately at hello@thelovery.com with specific details and a photo of the damage so we can best accommodate.
