Do my Loyalty Rewards Credits expire?
Yes, your Loyalty Rewards Credits are valid for three months from the date they’re earned—be sure to use them before they expire!
What happens if I return an order, do I lose the points I earned for that order?
If you return an item for a refund to your original payment method, any Loyalty Rewards Credits earned for those items will be automatically deducted from your rewards balance.
How do I get my birthday discount?
Add your birthday under “Ways to Earn Points” up above and be sure you're subscribed to our marketing emails—we’ll send your birthday discount straight to your inbox on your special day!
Just a heads-up: if your birthday falls within 30 days of signing up, your discount will be sent 30 days after you join.
Is there a minimum spend to use my Loyalty Rewards Credit?
Yes. Your subtotal needs to be at least $100 in order to use your Loyalty Rewards Credits on an order.
The subtotal is the amount after the promo code is applied, but before shipping and taxes are added.
Can I use my Loyalty Rewards Credits in addition to a promo code?
Yes! You can absolutely use your Loyalty Rewards Credits and a promo code on the same order—stack and save for an even better deal at checkout! Be sure to log in to see your credits!
