"I just posted a review of my necklace, not sure if is possible to edit that review but at the same time I added the extension, I received my Turquoise Lucky Clover Charm and no matter what or how I tried, well I just didn't go with this necklace, so I reached to customer service and they asked through email a few solutions and then asked me if I was willing to speak on the phone, from there I agreed to mail the necklace, the extender and the charm back, they attached it together and the charm is permanently in the center now, only thing is that they never sent me the clover they removed, I mean after all is gold, which I paid for."
